Creating a standout exhibition presence
At Gastech 2024 in Houston, Venture Global LNG needed a standout exhibition presence to showcase their leadership in the global LNG industry. The goal: to create a high-profile hub for strategic meetings, strengthen brand visibility, and offer an elevated hospitality experience.
Challenge
For the third consecutive year, the challenge was to design and deliver an award-winning exhibition stand that merged premium aesthetics with practical functionality. The space had to support high-level executive meetings, facilitate informal networking, and provide an exceptional guest experience, while ensuring operational efficiency and a strong sense of brand community.
Solution
We designed and built a luxury double-decker exhibition stand, purpose-built for both impact and functionality. Key features included:
- Three private meeting rooms for confidential business conversations
- Two premium lounge areas designed for informal interactions
- High-top seating zones for quick, high-energy discussions
- A central barista station to provide elevated hospitality and keep guests engaged
TBA managed end-to-end production and onsite operations, ensuring flawless delivery throughout the event. Every detail was refined to reflect Venture Global’s premium positioning, while enhancing flow, comfort, and brand immersion.
