Reimagine and redesign premium hospitality for an international tournament, enhancing the guest experience while aligning with the prestige of the Rugby World Cup.
Solution
TBA partnered with World Rugby and its global sponsors to curate a contemporary, elevated hospitality experience at key venues across France, including Stade de France in Paris and Orange Vélodrome in Marseille.
We challenged the traditional look and feel of branded hospitality, introducing refined, modern aesthetics and thoughtfully designed spaces tailored for the 2023 tournament. This included:
- Partner hospitality lounges featuring bespoke interiors and premium service
- Luxury private boxes offering exclusivity and unrivalled match day views
- Branded environments for global sponsors such as Société Générale, Mastercard, Defender, Emirates, IMG, and RWCL across Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, and Paris
By combining sophisticated design with functional hospitality, we delivered a VIP experience that matched the excitement and energy of the tournament, enhancing both fan enjoyment and sponsor visibility.
The result was a world-class hospitality programme that welcomed over 10,000 guests throughout the Rugby World Cup, offering a fresh and immersive way to enjoy one of the sport’s most prestigious global events.
