At Tomorrowland Winter 2023 & 2024, TBA partnered with Ellesse to deliver the ultimate snow festival brand experience. As an official Tomorrowland Winter partner, Ellesse aimed to host an unforgettable trip for key influencers and partners. We brought this to life with a seamless end-to-end guest experience, from logistics and gifting to bespoke digital tools and on-the-ground coordination.

Challenge

As a major fashion partner of Tomorrowland Winter, Ellesse wanted to elevate their presence by inviting a global group of influencers, collaborators, and brand partners to the festival. The goal was to provide a premium experience that reflected Ellesse’s lifestyle positioning while making sure every detail, from travel to entertainment, was effortless for the guests. 

Solution

To streamline the experience, we developed a real-time guest information app, giving ~100 international attendees instant access to their travel details, itineraries, festival maps, and line-ups. The intuitive app ensured that every moment of their Tomorrowland Winter journey was supported and stress-free. 

On arrival, guests were welcomed with a branded registration hub and custom Ellesse welcome packs, including SPF, eye masks, flasks, and even branded biscuits, designed to blend function, flair, and comfort. Our end-to-end guest management ensured smooth transitions throughout the multi-day activation, allowing Ellesse’s guests to focus on enjoying the music, snow, and each other – while we handled the rest. 

This immersive hospitality experience helped solidify Ellesse’s presence at one of the world’s most iconic winter festivals, building strong brand affinity and standout social content from every touchpoint.
