During the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, TBA crafted an exclusive and unforgettable VIP hospitality experience for Delta Airlines’ C-level executives. Set within the stunning Penthouse of the Bulgari Hotel, the activation blended personalised luxury, Olympic energy, and elevated brand storytelling, delivering a truly world-class brand moment.
Challenge
Delta Airlines needed to host its top-tier clientele in a way that reflected the airline’s global stature, attention to detail, and elevated brand values, creating a bespoke, ultra-premium space that celebrated both the Paris 2024 Olympics and Delta’s own leadership in international travel. The experience had to feel intimate, luxurious, and seamless, all while functioning inside a live hotel environment.
Solution
TBA reimagined the 11,000 SQFT Bulgari Hotel Penthouse into an immersive Delta-branded sanctuary, combining elegant design, curated experiences, and Olympic storytelling. Key features included:
- Custom-built furniture and styling that harmonised with the penthouse’s architecture while subtly integrating Delta’s brand world.
- A bespoke sushi bar offering a premium culinary experience curated for the occasion.
- Personalised cabin trolleys reimagined as luxury cocktail bars, creating a playful and elevated nod to in-flight service.
- Thoughtful hospitality touchpoints throughout the space, ensuring guests felt effortlessly hosted and entirely immersed in the Delta universe.
