Appointed by Lenovo to create a premium incentive experience for its top UK channel partners, TBA designed and delivered a two-night programme that seamlessly blended business, luxury hospitality, and unforgettable brand moments across two of England’s most spectacular settings: Estelle Manor and Blenheim Palace.
Challenge
Deliver a premium partner event that struck the perfect balance balance between meaningful business engagement and exceptional hospitality. The event needed to feel genuinely exclusive (tailored to the individuals in the room), reflective of Lenovo’s brand ambition, and set against a backdrop worthy of the guests being celebrated.
With 40 of Lenovo’s top UK channel partners in attendance, the stakes were high and the standard of delivery needed to match that.
Solution
With British heritage at its heart, TBA curated a two-night luxury incentive programme that moved seamlessly between business and pleasure, ensuring every moment felt purposeful, personal, and premium.
Across Estelle Manor and the grounds of the iconic Blenheim Palace, we created an environment that made an impression before a single session had begun. The venues provided the perfect canvas for a programme that felt as considered as it did spectacular.
Structured business sessions and intimate 1-2-1 meetings gave partners the space for meaningful conversations, while an inspiring keynote from AI expert and entrepreneur Priya Lakhani OBE brought Lenovo’s forward-thinking brand positioning to life.
Partners were treated to a curated selection of bespoke leisure activities – from Padel and Axe Throwing to Archery, Falconry, and a Thermal Spa – each chosen to reflect individual preferences and ensure every guest felt considered.
And finally, Lenovo-branded gifts, tailored to each guest’s chosen activity, created a personal and lasting brand connection that extended well beyond the event itself. A black-tie Gala Dinner, complete with vintage bus transfers, delivered the kind of hospitality moment that guests talk about long after they’ve gone home.
