TBA US partnered with USC to deliver the latest edition of their Next Level Sports Conference. A flagship event exploring the future of sport through the lens of culture, innovation and business.
With our extensive knowledge of delivering unique, immersive and engaging experiences across the group, our LA based office provided USC with the same creativity, passion and value that they’ve come to expect from the partnership.
Challenge
USC required an event that could authentically reflect the Next Level Sports ethos while engaging a diverse audience spanning sport, media, business, and technology.
The challenge hung on designing a space and event that felt future-facing, premium, and purposeful, while managing the complexities of a large-scale, multi-industry conference.
Solution
Design a full-day immersion into the future of sports.
The conference united more than 500 attendees across 55+ industries at the state-of-the-art Intuit Dome.
At its core, the event embodied what USC Next Level Sports stands for:
interdisciplinary leadership, cross-generational dialogue, and learning at the intersection of sport, media, business, and technology.
The team delivered an end-to-end solution, including: Pre-production and full event production, guest management and on-site support, web and registration integration, F&B, sponsorship strategy and support, run of show and managing the student ambassador programme.
To measure impact beyond attendance, Exposure Analytics was integrated across the experience, tracking audience movement, dwell time, and engagement levels to provide detailed insights into how attendees interacted with the event.
Central to the day were the top-level panel conversations. These included:
