Bringing IT Innovation and FIFA's Spirit to Accelerate ’25 with Lenovo ​

As the official technology partner of FIFA, Lenovo set out to put the beautiful game at the heart of Accelerate ’25, its flagship B2B showcase. This annual customer conference brings together 1000 of Lenovo’s global customer base for a 1-day event with plenary, breakout and product showcase.  

We transformed this from a brand first message to a culture first, focusing on their global FIFA partnership and creating an immersive football themed event. From design to delivery, a seamless end-to-end journey was crafted, elevating a traditional customer conference into an unmissable winning formation of talks, talent, and technology. 

Challenge

Lenovo wanted to reimagine its annual conference, moving away from a formulaic brand-first format to one that would inspire and energise a fatigued audience. 

The challenge was to: Turn a traditional Lenovo conference on its head, inject culture and immersion into every element of the event all while showcasing Lenovo’s leadership in innovation and bringing its FIFA partnership to life. 

Solution

We transformed Accelerate ’25 into The Lenovo Stadium – a football-inspired environment powered by Lenovo’s global FIFA partnership. 

Highlights included: 

  • Immersive Entrance: Guests arrived through a football tunnel, stepping directly into a pitch-inspired plenary space with a half-round stage and suspended screen design. 
  • Dynamic Content & Production: Hosted by Gabby Logan and Rio Ferdinand, the plenary combined thought leadership, innovation showcases, and entertainment. Our team delivered the full content programme, show production, guest registration, and pre/post-event communications. 
  • End-to-End Experience: From first invite to final follow-up, every detail was designed to feel seamless, energised, and rooted in community.
